If you're bringing people together, I'd love to help.
Do you offer day of coordination?
Yes. If you've already planned your event but want someone to oversee the details on the day of your event, I can step in to coordinate vendors, manage the timeline, and ensure everything runs smoothly so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Can you help me find vendors?
Absolutely. I have built trusted relationships with many of Southern Arizona's top venues, caterers, florists, photographers, entertainers, rental companies, musicians, and other event professionals. I'll help connect you with the right team for your style and budget.
Do you work with different budgets?
Yes. Every event is unique, and I believe beautiful, meaningful experiences can be created at many different price points. We'll discuss your vision and budget and create a plan that works for you.
How far in advance should I book?
The earlier, the better, especially for weddings and larger events. However, if your event is coming up soon, please reach out. I'll always do my best to accommodate your timeline if my schedule allows.
Do you only plan events in Tucson?
While I'm based in Southern Arizona, I'm happy to discuss events throughout Arizona and select destination events depending on the location and scope of the project.
